- Take a large dab of cream. Be more generous than usual because you will take a little longer to let the moisturizer penetrate. Warm the nourishing cream by rubbing your hands lightly.

- Remember to massage your wrist . With your thumb, describe circles around the bones above. Then caress the inside of the wrist before pressing firmly and going down towards the palm of the hand then going back up.

- Massage the fingers one by one starting with the little finger and progressing to the thumb. Gently squeeze the bottom of each finger between the knuckles of your index and middle fingers . Slide these knuckles to the tip of the finger, squeezing gently. Repeat the action several times. Pay particular attention to the knuckles of the fingers, especially if you suffer from joint pain.

- Finally, finish with the palms of the hands. Massage it with firm and regular strokes that go from the wrist to the fingers . Insist on the fleshy parts. Then massage the center of the palm with circular movements.
