• Is Mademoiselle Provence an authentically Provençal brand?

    Yes, Mademoiselle Provence is a natural brand:
    - formulated with natural extracts from Provence
    - our perfumer Robertet, is based in Grasse. Our “nose”, Mathieu Nardin, a local boy, was inspired by the perfumes of Provence to create our perfumes.

    - The manufacturers of our products are also based in Provence.

  • What are your commitments to the environment?

    Our new body milks are now in eco-responsible packaging made from plant-based plastic made from sugar cane crop residue.

    In addition, we produce in a factory committed to sustainable development, in particular by reducing the consumption of electrical energy and water.

    Finally, we are committed to the 1% for the Planet collective.

  • Are the perfumes natural?

    Our perfumes are partly natural but not totally. This allows us to offer a more developed olfactory palette, more persistent perfumes, which last longer on the skin, and in some cases to limit allergens, often contained in the natural materials of perfumes. They are not dangerous for health, they do not contain phthalates for example.

  • Why aren't your products 100% natural?

    Our products are not 100% natural because they contain some non-natural ingredients, necessary for the proper preservation of the products and the pleasure of use. Of course, these ingredients are in no way dangerous to health.

    In complete transparency, we have chosen to indicate the exact % of naturalness in each product and which ingredients are 100% natural and which are not, on the list of ingredients appearing on our packs.

  • Are the products tested on animals?

    No, our products are not tested on animals, nor are their ingredients tested on animals, neither in Europe, nor in China, nor anywhere else.

    We comply with European law which prohibits this type of testing.

    Our products also do not contain any animal matter, making them suitable for vegans.

  • What are the payment terms?

    Payment for your purchases is made exclusively in € on our site.
    You can pay for your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue, Amex), via Paypal or using your e-gift card.
    Your payment is completely secure.
    We also accept Kadeos gift cards (same operation as bank cards) as well as payments by Kadeos gift vouchers. For Kadeos gift vouchers, you must send us by mail the check(s) accompanied by the order confirmation email (to be printed).   • What are the delivery costs?

    Delivery costs in Metropolitan France amount to €5.90 for home delivery.

  • What are the terms and conditions for returns or exchanges?

    If your product does not meet your expectations, no worries. You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of your entire order, in accordance with the regulations. You can inform us of your decision to withdraw within this period by completing the return form by clicking here , we will then send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.

    You must return your product(s) to us, within 14 days of your request for withdrawal, in its original packaging, in perfect condition to:

    We undertake to reimburse you no later than 14 days from receipt of our products by our returns service.

    In all cases, reimbursement will be made according to the following terms:
    - The package is returned in its entirety, we will refund the price of the package and any shipping costs, the return costs, however, remain your responsibility.
    - The package is not returned in its entirety (you keep one or more of the items ordered), we will refund the price of the returned product(s), any shipping costs will not be refunded, the return costs will also be your responsibility.
    - The product is returned due to our responsibility, we will refund the product, shipping and possible return costs.

    Except in the specific case of non-conformity of the Products with the Order, we do not offer product exchange.

  • How does the e-Gift Card work?

    Order your e-Gift Card from our online store.
    Once the purchase is validated, you will receive an email containing your Mademoiselle Provence e-Gift Card and its unique code. The recipient will simply have to enter it in their shopping cart when ordering.

    You can print or send the email of your Mademoiselle Provence e-Gift Card to offer it directly to your loved ones.
    We offer several amounts: €10, €25, €50, €75 and €100.
    No deadline, it arrives by email (instantly!), and can be used multiple times.
