It seems certain that Black Friday in France will be postponed by a week to allow businesses to take advantage of this promotional period and not leave the whole cake to Amazon. The major retailers seem to be playing the game.
But Black Friday, if it is the time to make good deals on big purchases that are sometimes necessary (who has not already taken advantage of Black Friday to order a stroller, a new computer, a new phone, or a washing machine?), it is also synonymous with overconsumption, something that our planet supports less and less. And the call to make Black Friday green again is becoming more and more heard.
