You will need:
1 cup pitted black Niçoise olives
1 cup small pitted French green olives (Picholine)
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained
1 tablespoon capers
1 clove of garlic
1 anchovy fillet
1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
1/4 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano leaves
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation â 10 min:
In a food processor, mix and chop all the ingredients except the olive oil, which you will slowly incorporate as you go. Place in the refrigerator in a closed container.
Our tip: for vegetarians, you can replace the anchovy fillet with lemon juice. :)
