Looking for a unique refreshment to cool down your guests?
Try our simple recipe from Provence.
Boil 1.5L of water, then pour it over two sprigs of verbena.
Add 100g of sugar and the juice of a lemon (preferably 1 whole organic lemon).
Let cool for two or three hours.
Serve with ice and enjoy a nice “Iced Verbena”.
A tip: you can replace the sugar with honey :)
